PFA Spiral Hose
PFA spiral hose is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant tubing made from Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) resin, featuring a spiral-formed structure for exceptional flexibility and compression resistance. The PFA material offers outstanding chemical resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and almost all organic solvents, with an extremely wide working temperature range from -65°C to +260°C. The spiral design enhances the hose's extendability, prevents kinking, and allows easy routing in confined spaces.
This hose features an ultra-low friction coefficient, excellent aging resistance, and superior electrical insulation. With a smooth and clean inner surface that meets food-grade standards, it is suitable for high-purity and high-temperature applications. It is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food processing, medical equipment, and laboratories, making it an ideal solution for fluid transfer in harsh environments.
